Sheena is the best marriage commissioner! She was so friendly and easy to work with. Our ceremony was personalized and the perfect combination of serious/heartfelt and lighthearted.
We met Sheena over the phone as my husband and I were living abroad at the time, but she still took the time to learn about us as couple.
She was so quick to respond to all of our questions, and her help at rehearsal made the wedding day a breeze even with young flower girls. I can't recommend her enough.

When I first found Sheena, I had a few dishonest people cross my path. I was hesitant. When Rob and I met her, we felt like we have always known her. Sheena was not only professional but very informative. Covid happened to ruin our big dream wedding however, Sheena came over to "social distance" our little ceremony with humour and a gentle smile. My family and guests were pleased!! I recommend her to any non denominational ceremony!!

Sheena was great to have as our wedding commissioner. She really helped us to think through what the important aspects of our wedding ceremony would be. She replied promptly to questions, had a good presence during the ceremony itself, and she made the paperwork easy to fill out. I would happily recommend her to any couple.

Sheena was so amazing during our crazy COVID wedding!
Our original wedding date was supposed to be April 4, 2020. We very quickly realized that this was not going to be possible and made the decision to get married on our own terms. We emailed Sheena on March 24 to see if she could accommodate us on Saturday March 28. She didn't even miss a beat and found arrangements so she could be there for us. She came to our home and with our two witnesses, and she married us in a short and sweet ceremony in our living room. Sheena is such a wonderful commissioner and she made our pandemic wedding something that we and our families will never forget. Thank you so much Sheena!

We decided to get married on June 6th which meant we weren’t actually able to meet up with Sheena in person. She met with us over the phone to try and get a sense of who we were and how we wanted our ceremony. We weren’t sure how to incorporate the kids into our day but Sheena had some awesome ideas of how we could get them involved without putting too much pressure on them.
We’re pretty simple, and with all of the restrictions we were forced to have a small wedding (which to us was actually a blessing). We wanted something quick and simple so we could actually visit with our limited number of guests - it had been forever since the last time we got to visit in person with everyone!
Long story short, Sheena made our day exactly how we had hoped. Every interaction we had with her was incredibly helpful and she was able to relieve a lot of our stresses! Can’t recommend her enough!
